OVEC: Discounted Software
Teachers interested in purchasing quality instructional software programs at very reasonable prices can take advantage of a special discount program available through OVEC. The Kentucky Association of Educational Cooperatives (KAEC) through a partnership with Educational Resources Inc., offers software programs for $12 to $18 per title. OVEC is a member of KAEC and teachers and librarians in the OVEC region can purchase software from Educational Resources' Partnership Plus Program.

How it Works:

  • All software titles are either $12, 15, or $18.
  • You will receive the number of CD-ROMs you order and one set of materials per title; school materials are sent when available.
  • You may legally copy any instructional materials up to the number of machines you have purchased a title.
  • Software purchased through the program are for school use only.
  • MINIMUM PURCHASE REQUIREMENT: 5 copies per title, platform and order.

How to Order:

  • Fill out an Order Form/License Agreement, stating the number of Partnership Plus titles (5 or more) or other products and the item number for each that you need. Keep a copy for your records.
  • Make sure your purchase order is addressed to: Educational Resources, Partnership Plus Program, 1550 Executive Drive, P. O. Box 1900, Elgin, IL 60121-1900.
  • Send or fax copy of the completed and signed Order Form/License Agreement along with a copy of your school's purchase order to:
