Notice to Vendors:
OVEC is a member of the Kentucky Purchasing Cooperative (www.kybuy.org) . Vendors wishing to participate in the KPC bids offerings, please following steps below:
- To participate in KPC bids you must first register with eSchoolmall. Go to www.eschoolmall.com – Click on Vendor Login, click on not registered. Complete the information to register with eSchoolmall. If your company is already registered proceed to step 2.
- Once registration is complete send an email to KPCMemberServices@kybuy.org requesting the desired bid be published to you. Send the email from the email address used to register with eSchoolmall.
- You will receive an email from eSchoolmall indicating that the bid has been published to you. Login to your eSchoolmall account and complete the bid. Email KPCMemberServices@kybuy.org if you have any problems.
